General Terms – Product Information
Cold-formed steel profiles made from galvanized steel are produced in standard lengths. Upon customer request, it is possible to deliver profiles in non-standard lengths and to cut profiles to specified dimensions. The packaging and labeling of profiles are standard and comply with the requirements of Polish norms and legal regulations. A customer-specific method of packaging and labeling can be arranged, subject to the manufacturer’s approval on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms
Deliveries are made at prices listed in the price list valid on the date of the written order confirmation. The payment term is determined individually and starts from the shipment date. Payment is deemed to be made on the day the funds are credited to the bank account. In the case of payment delays, FERRUM – Profil System LLC, LP reserves the right to charge statutory interest for the period of delay.
Delivery Terms
Delivery dates are agreed upon by the parties on an individual basis. For orders exceeding 10 tons, the manufacturer provides transportation to the customer unless otherwise agreed by the parties. When transportation is arranged by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for providing the proper conditions and equipment necessary for the efficient unloading of the vehicle.
Quality
The manufacturer supplies products in compliance with relevant material and quality standards for the specific type of goods, supplemented by detailed internal quality control processes.
Complaints and Goods Acceptance Rules
The customer is required to inspect the delivery for quantity and quality upon receipt.
Complaint Submission Guidelines:
- quantity complaints must be reported immediately during unloading,
- quality complaints for visible defects must be reported immediately during unloading, but no later than within 2 days of the delivery date,
- quality complaints for hidden defects must be reported no later than 60 days from the delivery date.
Complaints must be submitted in writing. When filing a complaint, the following information must be provided: product designation, batch number (found on labels), quantity, and reason for the complaint.

Storage and Handling Conditions
Reinforcements should be stored and handled in a manner that prevents deformation and bending. Profiles must be protected from adverse weather conditions to ensure they retain their properties.
